Booking Information

Before booking, here is some important information about reserving your stay:

  • A 25% deposit is required with reservations and the balance is payable upon arrival
  • Deposit is non-refundable but is transferable within same calendar year
  • Cancellations with less than 2 weeks’ notice will be charged the full rate unless we are able to re-book
  • The preferred method of payment is Interac E-Transfer as it is much more secure than credit cards and eliminates the need to transmit sensitive financial information – other accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa or cash
  • All rates are in Canadian dollars, subject to applicable taxes
  • Check-In Time: 2:00PM
  • Check-Out Time: 10:00AM
  • We reserve the right to substitute accommodations and equipment should the need arise due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Refunds and discounts are not available for late arrivals or early departures
  • Pets are welcome but must be approved at the time of booking and there may be an additional cleaning fee for their visit
